Before The last snow melt
Chapter 2
Awaken
I wake up after a long, long dream ever. After I try to open my eyes up, I found that they are too heavy. May be I should take just five minutes for more sleep.
I feel a light that shine into my eyes Moreover, birds are twitting. Ok, it is the time to wake up, right? I slowly open my eyes, it is really hard. However, I need to do it.
“Ouch...” I softly scream out. The sun try to hit my eyes with its light. So I bend my face in another way. You will never get me, sun.
Now, I am sitting on a big white brick. It is a bed I just sleep till a second ago, but it look old. May be, it is an ancient remains or something like that. My instinct tells me that if I sit on it more than one second, it will break.
Immediately, I stand up on the ground to safe my bed, but after that, I feel a bit hurt on both of my feet. Then I fall down to the ground. That must because I sleep too long, it is cause my health. I stand up again.
It is cold, but not really, I think this should call a bit warm. Some of the snow are left and melting on the floor, yesterday must had a strong storm.
Trees, trees and trees everywhere. I look around. It is oak-brown forest which full of ancient trees that tall as a tower. The grass is dry, but it’s still green. There is a long lake with clear water at the right, there are many kinds of flower at the left, red like a ruby, blue like a diamond, yellow like an amber, those colorful flowers and the great panorama in front of me make I can’t say nothing but...’beautiful.’
It’s look like an enchanted forest that I dreamed when I was young.
“hmmm... Lily of the valley!” I say quietly when I notice the scent of that flower. How lucky, I find my favorite flower! It grows only in the winter, that means, this is winter. I think like that. But it seems not a winter that I ever knew. First, there is no green trees and grass, everything must covered with a snow. Second, no strong sun light at all, there was only the darkness. And third...
Wait, I heard something strange, that might be a sound of tree’s branches, may be...
